Free masterclass: your model, already built

Hey Reader,

On Thursday, September 3rd I'm running a free 60 minute masterclass, and when it starts there will already be a complete financial model of your own company sitting on your screen.

Your actual business, or your actual client, built from your own accounting data. Not my demo company with the perfect numbers in it.

I know how that sounds, so here's how it works.

When you save your seat, I'm also giving you a full week of my software, Model Wiz, completely free.

Every dashboard and every module, the same thing my paying customers use at $300 a month, and there's no credit card involved.

You connect your accounting data, and a couple of minutes later your profit and loss, your balance sheet, your KPI dashboard and the rest of it are finished and waiting.

All of that happens before Thursday, which is the entire point.

Because if the model is already built, we don't spend a single minute of the hour building one.

We spend all sixty on the part nobody ever teaches you.

I'll take you through how the model is actually put together, so you know where every number in it comes from.

Then how to customize it for your business, or for the specific client sitting in front of you.

From there, how to walk a CEO or a board through it without losing the room.

And we finish on how to charge more for the work once your reporting looks like this, which is the part I wish somebody had explained to me earlier in my career.

Now, the one thing I need from you.

You'll need to connect your accounting data before the 3rd.

QuickBooks Online, Xero and QuickBooks Desktop connect directly, and if your books live somewhere else you upload a profit and loss and a balance sheet instead.

It takes about two minutes and you can do it the moment you register.

I'm being strict about it for one reason, which is that your model is what we work on for the whole hour, so without it there's nothing on your screen for you to work on.

You've got the software for a full week either way, and anything you generate in those seven days is yours to keep, whatever you decide afterwards.

Save your seat here

Talk soon,

Josh YourCFOGuy

P.S. Thursday, September 3rd at 1:00 PM New York time, and registering gets you the full week of Model Wiz free on top of the hour itself. Register here and connect your books while it's in front of you, because that connection is what puts a model on your screen on the day.

How to Adopt Usage-Based Pricing in the Age of AI Usage-based pricing keeps coming up because AI products broke the old math. Usage swings month to month, value shows up in different places for different customers, and per-seat pricing stops matching what people actually get.Maxio put together a free guide on exactly that. It covers whether usage-based pricing fits your business or would hurt it, how to pick a value metric customers will actually pay for, and how hybrid and tiered models keep...

The Corporate Travel Tool Your Employees Will Actually Use Most corporate travel tools fail for one boring reason: they are so clunky that employees just book somewhere else, and then your policies and your data quietly fall apart. BILL Travel is built to actually get used. Your people describe the trip they need, pick from 500+ airlines and 1.5 million hotels, and book the flight, hotel, and car in one place in a couple of minutes. They even keep their own airline and hotel loyalty numbers,...

Control Travel Spend Before It Happens, Not After The Trip Right now, keeping travel spend in line probably means approving trips one at a time, spotting the off policy hotel only after it is booked, and finding out someone blew past budget when the statement lands. BILL Travel flips that around. You set the travel policies, the budgets, and the card limits up front, and your people book their own flights and hotels inside those rules. The guardrails are built into the booking, so the off...
